Our facilities and resources
Our provided housing can support multiple parents and children during their assessments and supervisions, offering a homely yet community atmosphere and enabling support staff to adjust flexibly to the needs of our residents.
Communal areas are monitored via CCTV, in addition to private rooms (where deemed necessary for safety or to enable accurate observation under specific instruction).
Our accommodation is furnished to provide the basics, but residents should bring along items specific to their own needs (such as clothing, personal items and documents, toiletries, etc).
Our documentation process
We keep detailed reports through both formal and informal observation, as well as recording information shared during interviews. These details are documented in accordance with objective frameworks to ensure an unbiased and thorough assessment.
